I helped design this site for my college's portfolio night shortly before graduation. I went to the location of the event, the Des Moines Botanical Center beforehand, and took some photos of the skyline. I then sketched everything out in pencil, inked it, and scanned it. Finally, I brought Stellar Dog, the unlikely superhero canine, to life in Flash.
At the event, this entire page came alive as a larger-than-life cardboard cut-out city with Stellar Dog flying above.
